Project 1 Brainstorming for Zine

I have always had a love for animals, so when I was told to brainstorm things that I am passionate about for my Zine Project, that was the first thing that came to my mind. I was trying to figure out some story I could tell with animals and had the idea that I could use my dog to tell the story.

I love nature as well, so being able to create my own, beautiful scenes would be very fun. I really enjoyed the example Zine about music and could try to tell the story of some artists I like, incorporating their own art into the designs. Like I could find a way to mix in the album covers and other projects they have done in the designs, but then would also try to find out how to show a story line through those. Shortly before I dove into brainstorming, my girlfriend mentioned something about Romeo and Juliet, so I thought a kind of funny idea would be to do the scenes from Romeo and Juliet but photoshop it to be me and her instead. I could also do something like photoshop my dog to be the priest or something along those lines, and fine ways that I could incorporate multiple things I am passionate about. Obviously if I did something like that, I would also have to add more to make it personal and not just like I copied Romeo and Juliet, which could come more into play by which scenes I pick, or which characters I use.
